Usage Policy & Limits

Student and Study Plan limits are total limits, not monthly. They remain unaffected by your billing cycle.

Quiz limits are monthly and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused quiz slots do not carry forward.

Quizzes cannot be deleted once created and will count toward your monthly quiz limit. Please create only the quizzes you need.

Quizzes do not expire after renewal. Once created, they remain accessible in future billing cycles without affecting new quiz limits. Each quiz is counted only in the cycle in which it was created.

Each quiz can have up to 50 questions, regardless of your plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are student and study plan limits shared across billing cycles? +
Yes. Unlike quiz limits, student and study plan limits are total caps — not monthly allocations. They reflect the maximum you can have active at any point in time, regardless of your billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my student or study plan limit? +
You will be blocked from adding new students or creating new study plans until you upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing students and plans remain fully active and unaffected — only the ability to add more is restricted. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so you can continue without any disruption.
Can multiple students be enrolled in the same study plan? +
Yes. A single study plan can be shared across multiple students. Each student tracks their own session progress independently within the same plan. This is especially useful for tutors teaching a group at the same level — one plan, multiple students.
What exactly counts as a quiz toward my monthly limit? +
A quiz is counted at the moment it is created, not when it is published or assigned. Draft quizzes count just as much as published ones. Since quizzes cannot be deleted, plan ahead and only create quizzes you intend to use. Quizzes created in a previous billing cycle do not count against the current cycle's limit.
Do unused quizzes carry over to the next month? +
No. Monthly quiz allocations reset at each billing cycle and unused slots do not roll over. If you frequently hit your limit, consider upgrading to the next tier.
Can I assign quizzes to students directly without a study plan? +
Yes. Quizzes can be assigned directly to individual students without needing a study plan. Study plans are optional — they are designed for tutors who want to structure sessions week by week. If you only need to assign and track quizzes, you can do so without setting up a plan at all.
What happens when I cancel my subscription? +
When you cancel, your plan remains fully active until the end of the current billing period — you won't lose access immediately. If you do not resubscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You can stop a cancellation at any time before the billing period ends to resume your subscription without interruption.
