1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Grow Smart ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all tutor (parent/teacher), and student accounts.

2. The Service

Grow Smart is a web-based platform that enables tutors, teachers, and parents ("tutors") to create structured study plans and skill assessments (quizzes) for students they manage. Students access the platform using login credentials created by their tutor or parent.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your login details with others or allow unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Student Accounts

Tutors and parents are responsible for creating and managing student accounts on the platform. By adding a student, you confirm that:

• You have the authority or parental/guardian consent to create an account for that student.
• The student's information will be kept accurate and up to date.
• You will ensure student credentials are kept secure.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• New accounts receive a free 30-day trial with access to all features.
• After the trial, continued use of the platform requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes limits on the number of students, study plans, and quizzes. These limits are defined on the pricing page and within your account's billing section. Upgrading your plan increases these limits. Usage limits reset or apply as stated in the plan description.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or the platform's systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or misuse platform content
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than its intended use

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Grow Smart platform is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Content you create on the platform (study plans, quizzes, questions) remains yours. By creating it on the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it as part of providing the service.

9. Availability & Service Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any disruption or loss resulting from downtime or service changes.
